What data we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and message so we can respond to your enquiry. When you leave a comment, WordPress stores your name, email, IP address and browser user-agent string to help with spam detection.
How we use your data
We use contact form submissions solely to reply to your enquiry. Comment data is used to display your comment and moderate spam. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with third parties. We do not run behavioural advertising or user profiling.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for the website to function. These include the WordPress session cookie and a cookie consent preference cookie. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
Data retention
Contact form messages are retained in our email system for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely so the conversation thread remains intact. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data. You also have the right to object to or restrict our processing of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@privacyforged.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Third-party services
Our site is hosted on standard web hosting infrastructure. We do not embed third-party trackers, social media widgets or advertising networks. If we ever link to an external tool or product, we will disclose any affiliate relationship on that page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with the revision date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
